1 Introduction & Consent

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using 16 Bit's website or services. By registering or using our services, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these terms.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use 16 Bit's services. Use of 16 Bit by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.

16 Bit may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence at any time for age verification purposes. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

4 Betting Terms & Conditions

Before placing any bets on 16 Bit, please take the time to read the rules for the relevant sport or game. Each sports market and casino game has its own rules, which apply alongside 16 Bit's general terms.

Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, except in limited circumstances such as a match being cancelled or abandoned. 16 Bit reserves the right to review any bet where unusual betting patterns are detected.

• Minimum bet amount is ৳50 BDT; the maximum limit varies by game
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment
• 16 Bit reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the full stake will be refunded
• Acceptance of clearly erroneous odds (deviating more than 30% from the market) is not obligatory
• Placing opposing bets on the same match (arbitrage) will result in action being taken

5 Payment Policy & Transactions

All deposit and withdrawal policies at 16 Bit are transparent and communicated in advance. We charge no hidden fees. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, or your bank) may apply their own charges.

Deposits to 16 Bit are generally credited to your account instantly. Withdrawals typically take 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 BDT
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 BDT
• Withdrawals may only be made to your own verified payment method
• The same payment method is recommended for both deposits and withdrawals
• 16 Bit may request additional verification if a suspicious transaction is detected

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Every bonus and promotion at 16 Bit comes with its own terms. Please read the conditions listed on the relevant offer page before claiming any bonus. General bonus terms are outlined below.

A Wagering Requirement means you must place a specified amount in bets before withdrawing bonus funds. For example — a ৳1,000 BDT bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager ৳10,000 BDT.

• Accepting a bonus is optional — you can deposit without one if you prefer
• One welcome bonus per account
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• Bonus validity is generally 7 to 30 days
• 16 Bit reserves the right to void bonuses if fraud is suspected
• Only one bonus applies per household or shared device

7 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on 16 Bit. Violations may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name
• Opening or operating an account under another person's identity
• Bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse
• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Betting via software bots or automated methods
• Tampering with the Platform's Security Systems
• Harassing or intimidating other members

8 Data Protection & Privacy

16 Bit takes your personal data seriously. We only collect information necessary to provide our services and never sell it to third parties.

If your issue cannot be resolved through support, disputes can be escalated to 16 Bit's licensing authority for resolution. 16 Bit is committed to being fair and transparent in all dispute resolution matters.

12 Terms & Conditions Update Policy

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may close your account. Continued use of the site after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
